Why can't I reach my store's Syncrostore site?

Fix a site that times out or won't load because of a VPN, private relay or network block.

If Syncrostore won't load for you but works for others, the cause is almost always your connection: a VPN or proxy, your home network, or your internet provider.

Who this is for

  • Anyone who gets a blank page, "connection reset," "not available" or endless loading.

Steps

  1. Check the address. Use your store's own address (https://yourstore.mysyncrostore.com), typed in the address bar.
  2. Turn off any VPN, proxy or ad blocker. These can stop pages from loading. Most VPNs are blocked. Turn your VPN off and try again.
  3. Try another network. Turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and use cellular data, or use a hotspot. If it works there, the problem is your home or office network or your internet provider.
  4. Restart your router and computer, or flush your DNS cache / reset network settings.
  5. Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R).

Troubleshooting

  • Works on a hotspot but not at home: Your internet provider's route may be the problem. Ask your provider for a new public IP address. Meanwhile use a hotspot.
  • Someone outside the US can't connect: Since October 14, 2026 the Syncrostore website is open worldwide (standard web ports 80 and 443), so no exception is needed. Have them try the steps above, then contact support with their IP address if it still fails.
  • Everything is down for everyone at the store: Contact support. For card processing outages, support will confirm whether it's a processor-wide issue.
  • Card terminals say they can't connect to the internet: That's the terminal's Wi-Fi. Reconnect it to your store network; support can check terminal logs, but network fixes (internet provider, router, cabling) are on the store side.
