Why does an item show 'Not Found' when scanning in POS?

Possible causes:

  • SKU not assigned to the item. Double check your inventory item to make sure the proper SKU/UPC is assigned.
  • Item could have been deleted from the system by an employee or vendor.
  • Item could be low on quantity, make sure you update your inventory regularly

Multi-Store Environments: You could be logged in to the wrong store.
