One Login for All Your Stores

Syncrostore now uses one login for every store you belong to. Vendors and staff who work at more than one store no longer need a separate account or password for each one. This update also makes staying signed in more reliable and makes adding people to a store simpler.

New Features

One Login for Every Store

Syncrostore now gives each person a single login that works at every store they belong to.

  • Use the same email and password at all of your stores
  • Sign in once and move between your stores without signing in again
  • Signing out signs you out of all your stores on that device
  • Each store still controls your access and role (admin, cashier, vendor)

Easier Store Switching

Switching between stores now remembers where you left off.

  • Each store site reopens the store you last used there
  • The store switcher lists all of your stores, including those on other store sites
  • Moving to a store on another site keeps you signed in
“You’ve Been Added” Notices

When a store adds someone who already has a Syncrostore login, they’re told right away.

  • An in-app notification, plus a phone notification if they’ve turned that on
  • An email with a sign-in link, so there’s no new account to create
  • Follows each person’s notification settings
  • Works for Users, Vendors, and vendor imports

Enhancements

Staying Signed In

“Remember me” now keeps you signed in reliably for 30 days on that device.

  • You stay signed in after updates and server restarts
  • If you open the sign-in page while you’re still signed in, Syncrostore takes you straight in
Simpler Invitations for Store Owners

Adding someone who already has a Syncrostore login is now one step.

  • Enter their email on the Users or Vendors page and choose their role
  • They’re added to your store immediately and sign in with their existing password
  • Their existing login and other stores are never changed or removed
Safer User Removal

Removing someone from your store only removes their access to your store.

  • Their login and their access to other stores keep working

Important Notes

  • Everyone will be asked to sign in one more time after this update.
  • Had different passwords at different stores? Any of them will work. Once you change or reset your password, the new one applies to every store.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset applies to all your stores.
  • Suspending or locking an account now applies at every store that person uses.
  • Your sales, inventory, reports, settlements, and payouts are unchanged and stay with each store.

Trouble Signing In?

I keep landing back on the sign-in page, get sent to the wrong store, or see a blank screen. Your browser is holding old sign-in data. See Can’t sign in since the switch to one login? Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
