How to Use the SyncroAI Inventory Helper in Auto Mode

SyncroAI is an AI-powered assistant built into the item creation and editing form that reduces manual data entry.

Step 1: Locate the SyncroAI banner near the top of the item form and press the green AI button to open the popup.

Step 2: Select Auto mode — best for general merchandise, clothing, household goods, electronics, and antiques.

Step 3: Enter details such as a product description, SKU, or UPC. You don't need to fill all fields, but more information yields better results.

Step 4: (Optional) Upload a clear photo of your item to help the AI visually identify it.

Step 5: Press "Look Up" to begin the search.

Step 6: Review the results table showing product name, price, and match confidence. Press "View" for details or "Use" to auto-fill your inventory form.

All SyncroAI data is a suggestion — you can review and edit everything before saving.
