How to Export the Admin Ledger as PDF, XLSX, CSV, or Other Formats

The Ledger page includes export buttons in the toolbar:

• PDF — Print-ready document.
• XLS — Excel 97-2003 format.
• XLSX — Modern Excel format.
• CSV — Comma-separated values.
• DOCX — Microsoft Word format.
• RTF — Rich Text Format.

Click the appropriate button to download the ledger data. The exported file includes all records matching your current filter and sort settings.

Tip: Apply filters before exporting to export only a subset of data relevant to your needs.
