How to Create a New Customer in Syncrostore

Step 1: Navigate to the Customers page.

Step 2: Select "New Customer."

Step 3: Enter the relevant information the customer is willing to provide (name, phone, email, address, etc.).

Step 4: If the customer is a reseller (someone purchasing items to resell), check the "Is Reseller?" checkbox and fill out the Tax Information section. Resellers will be tax exempt at checkout.

Step 5: Press "Save" to create the customer.
