Getting Started: Syncrostore Admin Dashboard Overview for Store Owners

The Admin Dashboard is the default landing page when you log in as a Store Owner. It serves as your command center for everything happening across your store.

What You'll See on the Dashboard:

  • Activity Feed — A live feed of recent events: sales, rent charges, inventory updates, vendor activity, and more.
  • Sales & Revenue Charts — Interactive charts showing daily, weekly, or monthly sales performance and revenue trends.
  • Statistics Cards — Quick "at a glance" metrics such as total sales today, active vendors, and items in inventory. Click the blue hyperlink on any stat card for a deeper dive.
  • Current Store Balance — Shows the combined balance owed to or from vendors. A positive balance means you owe vendors (from sales); a negative balance means vendors owe you (typically from rent).
  • SyncroAI Suggestions — Optional AI-powered insights to help you manage your store efficiently.

You can return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking the Syncrostore logo at the top of the page.
