Why we picked the Landi Cx20 Lite

We're Syncrostore, a cloud POS built specifically for multi-vendor retail and thrift stores. Antique malls, consignment shops, thrift stores, hobby card shops. The Landi Cx20 Lite is the checkout station we put on the counter of every Syncrostore-powered store.

We tested every major POS terminal — Square, Clover, the Toast hardware, the off-brand clones. The Cx20 Lite won because it does the job, doesn't lock you into a single payment processor, and the dual-screen plus built-in 80mm receipt printer means one box at checkout instead of five. For a store with 50 vendors running customers through all day, that matters.

It ships pre-configured with Syncrostore. Plug it in, log in, you're selling. Our team sets it up, our team supports it.

What makes it the right checkout

The features that matter when you're running multi-vendor retail.

15.6" Full HD touch

1920×1080 capacitive multi-touch on a bright IPS panel. Your team runs Syncrostore checkout, looks up vendor info, and pulls reports from one screen that won't strain their eyes on an 8-hour shift.

Optional customer-facing display

A second 10.1" screen the customer sees during checkout. Shows the running total, vendor breakdown, and (on the Premium version) a touchscreen for signature plus a QR camera for loyalty programs and digital coupons.

Built-in 80mm receipt printer

Two-inch-wide receipts at 200 mm/s with auto-cut. No separate receipt printer cluttering the counter. Cx20 Lite SE skips this if you already have a standalone receipt printer you want to keep.

Windows 11 IoT LTSC

Long-term-support build of Windows. No surprise reboots from consumer updates, enterprise security baked in, and full compatibility with everything in your tech stack.

Clear sound, even in a loud store

Saturday at a busy antique mall is loud — music, conversations, vendors hustling. The Cx20 Lite cuts through it.

Dual 5W speakers

Two speakers, 5 watts each, 100 dB at one meter. Your checkout chime, payment confirmation, and item-sold notifications cut through the noise so you and the customer both hear when something needs attention.

Dual microphones

Two mics capture voice clearly even when the store is buzzing. Useful for voice-enabled features as we add them, and for the Premium customer display's interactive flow.

Connect everything

The Cx20 Lite isn't your whole tech stack — it's the hub. Here's what plugs in.

Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, Gigabit Ethernet

Three connectivity options so you can pick whatever's most reliable in your store. Modern wireless for the typical setup, hard-wired Ethernet for the dependable option, Bluetooth for accessories.

Cash drawer port

RJ11 cash drawer port so the Landi pops a drawer at the end of each sale. Use the CD20 Cash Drawer that ships with our standard kit, or bring your own.

USB everywhere

USB-C with display + USB 3.0 capability, plus 4 USB-A 2.0 and 1 USB-A 3.0 ports. Plug in barcode scanners, card readers, an iDPRT label printer, or anything else.

How it fits in the Syncrostore stack

Cx20 Lite handles the counter. iDPRT label printers handle vendor tagging. Syncrostore handles everything else.

At the counter: Landi Cx20 Lite with optional customer-facing display. Syncrostore checkout runs on the main screen, customer sees their cart on the second screen, receipts print from the built-in 80mm thermal printer.

At vendor stations / behind the scenes: iDPRT label printers (SP310 through SP420BT) for tagging inventory. Each vendor can print labels at home if they have a Bluetooth model.

In the cloud: Syncrostore. Vendors, inventory, sales, settlements, payouts, reporting — accessible from any browser. Each vendor has a self-service portal.

One box at checkout. One label printer per vendor. One cloud account that ties it all together.

Common questions

Before we get on a call.

How much does it cost?

We don't post pricing on the site because every store is different. A single-station consignment shop is different from a 5-station antique mall with 200 vendors. Email us at info@syncrostore.com and we'll send you a real number within 24 hours.

Can I buy this on my own from Landi?

Landi sells through partners. We're one of them. Buy from us and you get a Cx20 Lite that ships pre-configured with Syncrostore, supported by our team. Buy direct from Landi and you handle setup yourself.

Does it come pre-configured with Syncrostore?

Yes. We image every Cx20 Lite before it ships. Plug it in, log in, you're selling. No drivers, no settings to configure.

How long does setup take?

Typically 2–3 weeks from signed quote to the unit on your counter. We handle ordering, configuration, and shipping. You handle plugging it in.

What's the difference between Cx20 Lite and Cx20 Lite SE?

The SE doesn't have the built-in 80mm receipt printer. Otherwise identical. Pick the SE if you already have a standalone receipt printer you want to keep, or if you don't print receipts.

Can I add more stations later?

Yes. Order more whenever you're ready. Same hardware, same Syncrostore account, all stations stay in sync.

What's the warranty?

Standard manufacturer warranty on the hardware (handled through us — you don't call Landi). Syncrostore support is on us for as long as you're a customer.

Do I need a Cx20 Lite if I'm already using Syncrostore?

Syncrostore runs in any modern browser, so technically no. But we don't officially support other POS hardware — if something breaks, you're on your own with the manufacturer. The Cx20 Lite is the one box we know inside and out.

Take payments on the Cx20 Lite

The Cx20 Lite pairs natively with SyncroPay terminals — countertop P1 pinpads for the main register, a wireless P3 for tableside or off-site checkout, or the Android-based P8 when you need a full POS in your hand. See the SyncroPay terminal lineup →

Looking for label printers?

The Cx20 Lite handles checkout receipts. For vendor inventory tagging, you'll want one of our six supported iDPRT label printers — the picker quiz finds the right one in 30 seconds.
