Your sales list shows every item of yours that sold in the dates you choose, with the sale price, discount, the store's commission and what you earned. It isn't a statement of what you're owed, so it won't match your payout.
Who this is for: Vendor
These steps use the New Experience. If your menu looks different, click Switch to New Vendor Experience at the top of the page.
Open it
- Sales in the menu: pick a range such as This month or Last month.
- For the classic report with charts and returns detail: Reports > Sales report (or Open the classic sales report at the bottom of the Sales page).
Cards on the Sales page
- Sales: what your items sold for.
- You earned: your share after store commission.
- Items sold
- Busiest hour
- Returns: shown, but not deducted from the other cards. Returns appear in Money > Account activity as "Item Return".
Sales table columns
Date (with the time of sale), Sale #, Item (including the variant), SKU, Qty, Sale, Discount, Commission and You earned.
Commission is figured and rounded to the cent on each sale.
Why this won't match your check
Your payout comes from your running balance. That balance also includes rent, fees, credits, returns and anything carried over, and it's cut off at a specific date and time. Compare transactions, not totals.
To see what a payout included, go to Money > Payouts & invoices and click the payout. The drawer shows what you received and what it includes. Click View detailed activity for every line. See "Understanding Your Settlement".
Troubleshooting
- Item ID 0 on a sale (classic Sales report): the cashier rang it as a manual item (the tag couldn't be scanned), so no inventory was deducted.
- A sale isn't mine / a discount I didn't set: a cashier entered it manually. Ask your store to correct your ledger.
- The list is blank: check the range at the top of the page.
- Sales tax isn't shown: by design; the store handles tax.
