How do I rearrange or hide cards on my dashboard and reports?

Move, resize, hide and reset the KPI cards and charts on dashboards and reports.

Click Customize at the top right of a report (or of the Sales analytics dashboard) and tick or untick the cards and charts you want; you can also drag them to move them and drag their bottom-right corner to resize them.

Who this is for: Vendors and store admins.

These steps use the New Experience. If your menu looks different, click Switch to New Vendor Experience (vendors) or Switch to New Experience (staff) at the top of the page.

The new Home pages and the new Sales page have a fixed layout and can't be customized. Customizing works on:

  • Sales analytics - the customizable vendor dashboard. Go to Reports and choose Sales analytics (or click Open sales analytics at the bottom of Home).
  • The detailed report pages - vendors: Reports (for example Sales report, Inventory report); staff: the report tiles on Reports.

Turn cards and charts on or off

  1. Open the dashboard or report.
  2. Click Customize at the top right.
  3. Check what you want to see and uncheck what you want hidden.
  4. To go back to the default layout, choose Reset Layout. This also moves every element back to its original position.

Move a card or chart

  1. Hover over the element, then click and drag it where you want it.
  2. Elements snap to a grid so they line up, but you can place them anywhere.
  3. To put everything back, open Customize and choose Reset Layout.

Resize a card or chart

  1. Hover over the bottom-right corner of the element. The cursor changes to two arrows pointing in opposite directions.
  2. Click and drag to make it taller, shorter, wider or narrower.
  3. Let go when it's the size you want. It stays that way.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see Customize on Home or Sales. Those new pages have a fixed layout. Use Reports > Sales analytics for a customizable dashboard.
  • I'm unhappy with my layout. Click Customize and choose Reset Layout to start over on that page.
  • My layout is gone. Layouts are saved in your browser. A different computer or cleared browser data shows the default layout.
