How to Switch Between Multiple Stores in Syncrostore

If you manage more than one Syncrostore location, the system allows you to toggle between them effortlessly from a single account. This ensures you can oversee operations, check balances, and manage users across your entire business network without having to log-out and log-in.

How to Swap Between Managed Stores

  1. Identify Your Current Store: Look at the top of the screen to verify which store you are currently signed into.

  2. Open the Selection Menu: Click on the button containing the name of your current store.

  3. Choose a Destination: A list will appear showing all stores where you hold an Administrator role.

  4. Confirm Selection: Press the Select button next to the store you want to access.

  5. Instant Redirection: You will be immediately navigated to the selected store’s home page.

Administrative Key Points

  • Last Store Persistence: Upon logging in, Syncrostore will always place you in the last store you logged out of. Always check the header name to confirm your location before making changes.

  • Granting Access to Others: To allow your staff  to switch between stores like you do, you must add them to each location individually via the User Store Management tab in Preferences.

  • One-Way vs. Two-Way Access: Simply adding a user to Store B from Store A does not automatically give them access back to Store A. Access must be granted at both locations by their respective Administrators.

  • Managing Different Roles: A user may have different roles at different stores (e.g., a Manager at Store A but only a Cashier at Store B).

  • Inventory Transfers: Administrators can use the Transfer Items tool to move stock between any stores they have access to, even if they aren't the primary owner of the inventory.
