Prerequisites: Before completing this guide, please see our article on connecting your Stripe account for ACH! This guide assumes that you have your store configured, and connected to Syncrostore.
Syncrostore allows you to invoice vendors who did not manage to meet their rent, allowing you to send them a payment link via Stripe, or automatically debit their payment method, if they enabled it.
While you can send invoices without following the steps in this guide, Syncrostore will not be able to get notified when a vendor pays their invoice until you've setup your Webhook. We will still manually check with Stripe nightly, but we recommend this setup so your Dealer's balances reflect the most up-to-date information.
To get started, navigate to the Preferences Page, and click the Settlements tab.
From There:

Scroll down to the Payment Confirmation Webhook section

Copy the link displayed under Webhook URL, you'll need this later

Click the link in the picture below, sign into your Stripe store if prompted

Click Add Destination

Select Your Account, scroll down and select All Events

Scroll until you find Invoices, then click on it, and check Select all Invoice events, Click Continue

Select Webhook Endpoint and Continue

Enter a Destination Name for your endpoint, something like <StoreName> Invoices should be fine

Paste the Webhook URL we copied earlier into the Endpoint URL field

Click Continue

Scroll down on the page to find Signing secret, click the eye icon to reveal it. DO NOT SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE.

Copy the value and return to the Settlements tab in Syncrostore Preferences

Paste the value into the Webhook Secret field and click Save Webhook Secret
