Where can I see items that have been returned?

View recently returned items on the Returned Items tab in Cashier Tools.

Store staff: go to Sales > Cashier Tools and open the Returned items tab - it lists each returned item with its vendor and the booth it goes back to.

Vendors: you can’t use Cashier Tools. To see returns of your own items, open Reports and choose Sales report. It lists every sale, with returns and voids. From Sales, you can also click Open the classic sales report.

These steps use the New Experience. If your menu looks different, click Switch to New Experience at the top of the page.

This page is for viewing returns that already happened. To start a new return, go to Sales > Transactions.

Steps

  1. Go to Sales > Cashier Tools.
  2. Open the Returned items tab. 
  3. Each row is one returned item, newest first, with Returned, Item, Vendor, Booth, Type and Amount.
  4. Use the Booth column to put the item back in the right place.

To see the return transaction itself, go to Sales > Transactions, use the Returned or Refunds chip, and press View on the return.
